Stacey, however, made it quite clear that she wanted a private chat with her former hubby, and Martin dared to dream that there was hope of a reconciliation.

Zack Hudson James Farrar thought so, telling Martin that Stacey was evidently reaching out to him, before ordering him to return home and get changed into something else. Stacey clocked that Martin had got changed, and realised he thought that they might get back together. Her reason for summoning him to the allotment was because she has something that she needs to tell the kids, and she thinks it would be easier if he was present when she did so.
