I recommend not taking the shoes home with you if you live out of state, they can ship for free and youll save yourself substantial amount in tax money. Once you do get help, they take great care of you and are very knowledgeable about the shoe. Great experience. Quickly found what I needed and was out the door. Very friendly and knowledge team. Returned shoes that were given as a gift for Christmas gift. For all i know Great service, very professional and classy place and most of all very knowledgeable of there shoes So glad I went here instead of going to a department store! The store itself is super cool with a sort of 70s disco vibe. The selection is incomparable to a department store as its so much bigger. Harder to find shoes are readily located and the staff is wonderfully attentive. If you need to spend hours there trying on different pairs to find your perfect shoe the staff will help you.

Their knowledge of styles, fit, everything is outstanding. Allen helped me there mainly and he was a huge help in finding my perfect first pair of Loubis mm black patent Pigalles and I absolutely plan to return for more in the future.

There are so many fun, funky options to see and try on. And every classic you could imagine. My sizing wound up being 2 sizes plus smaller in most Loubi heels than I am generally so going to the experts at a real Louboutin location was such a great experience. When Im ready to get a fun studded pair, sexy lacey bootie, nude pump, or a bright blue sandal I will definitely be back. I went in to try on shoes for my wedding, and it just went downhill from there. You have to ring a freaking doorbell to get in, which is a bit snobby in the first place, but whatever.

I asked to try on a pair of gorgeous heels, and one of the attendants got them for me, and the only size they had was a half size below what I normally wear. When I put them on, I commented that they hurt, and the attendant immediately said Louboutins arent meant to be comfortable in a snooty voice.

I immediately took them off, put on my own shoes and left the store. How rude! They didnt make buying my first pair for my bday a pleasant experience. Buy from nieman or online, the boutique has poor customer service! Felt rushed and unappreciated. Was unhappy with one of the shoes after looking more at them so i just wanted to exchange for a newer pair, a pair that had NOT been tried on by who knows how many ppl I feel after spending that amount of money, I should be able to exchange for a new pair.

Then I was told they only had 1 pair!? Which is the pair I had I would like to give a zero or negative star for this store. Ive never write any reviews before because Im too lazy, but this time is different. In a past a few years, the assistants in the store were disrespective and rude, and now, they are even worse. The asian guy in the store is the worst assistant ever.

So I decide to try to contact the store first to see if I can purchase directly from them. I tried to call at least 2 times, both got answers of No the shoes are not on sale now.

The last time I called them, I said that I saw the local reseller posted the picture and the guy asked for the resellers name, so Im pretty sure they were on sale. Guess what the guy then said over the phone? He said Oh, we can sell to her, but no to you.

Hehe, what the fk???? So I pay at a premium to purchase from the reseller, and today I went in the store myself. I saw that disgusting guy standing there always wear strass sneakers, his face is like Oh Im richer than you.

I asked if the sneakers are still available, he said yes and they have my size. Then I told him the story that I called them before and purchased already from a reseller. After he knew I got from a reseller, he face turns down and said, you shouldnt get from them, they sell higher than us. He even felt jealous about the resellers earnings, he said to me They make money really easy for that. Again hehe, isnt that because you gave the reseller chances to earn those money????

Why you complain about that to me???? I would stay as far away as I can to this store and rather get the items from resellers or Neiman Marcus. I got my first pair of Loubs as a birthday gift but they were a bit tight so i went back to the store to exchange them and yes you have to ring a doorbell to get it but it doesnt bother me at all!

The store is kinda small and the selection not as good as online but its such an adorable little space! The staff seemed very nice to me i went a half size up and they felt better on my feet! Yes Loubs are not ment for comfort expecially if you are going mm and up! They are a work of art though im in love with them! The sales guys gave me some reallt good tips on how to stretch them and to wear them at home a lot before i go out in them!

I had a great experience would definitely go back for more!! Staff can be snotty if you are not their right type of clientele. Store is small and has a very generic feel. Every time I came to this Christian Louboutin store the workers are so rude I really hate going there.

Upon communicating with both Louboutin customer service and Nordstrom Customer Service, I was informed that since this is a Louboutin owned and operated location, they are responsible for the repairs. I returned to the store with my email communication in hand and was once again met by the same representative. Ultimately, they are having the shoes repaired.

Which is all I asked for from the start! However, Ive been told by both the store representative AND the customer service representative that it depends on the wearer and how the shoes are worn. Excuse me? Additionally the representative I worked with, Sophia, who is the repair representative was rude both times i came in. When she finally agreed to get the shoes repaired she said well only fix the the heel tap.

I said fine and just want to move on from all of this. I want to warn anyone looking to buy Louboutins, particularly from this location, about the poor customer service and their unwillingness to stand behind their product. I expect more from a luxury brand. Absolutely worst experience EVER.

I bought a pair of Louboutins for my wedding, and the representative offered to have them signed for no added cost , which of course I said yes. To make matters worse, the manager, Chrissy Jackson, told me she found the last pair in the company and was sending them to Paris to have them resigned, I just needed to send my ruined pair back.

I then found that this was a lie- as someone tried to rub the wrong name out, and paint over them with the correct name on the old pair of shoes. These shoes are now even worse, and look like a toddler scribbled on them. Not only am I disgusted by this service, but now SOL for wedding shoes which is in 30days.

The first week of April , I traveled to Chicago to site see, experience the play hamilton, to eat and just spend time with my step daughter and friend! I finally purchased a pair of Christian Louboutins which were the platforms and I was extremely proud.

I had my shoes shipped back home to me and I immediately placed the box in my closet. I finally opened the box on Easter to find that these shoes had been worn.

I was sooooo disappointed. My jaws dropped and I couldnt call on Easter but called as soon as they opened the following day and to my surprise I was questioned about what I thought happened.

I dont know, all I can say is that someone within your compamy wore my shoes for the weekened, they damaged them intentionally, or someone shipped me the wrong shoes. I work to hard for someone to question my ethics. I am a waiting on a call from the Manager and I am hopeful the team will research appropriately to find the culprit.
