I am right there with you and would join you in such action. The customer service department is the worst and those who work in that department do not know how to spell or use proper grammar which looks very unprofessional.
I then used it to watch a movie. I was advised that they would give me the credit back to my acct. I was very pleased to hear this. I called VUDU, spoke to the rudest supervisor who basically called me a liar.
